koko woke up.
$KOKO is relaunching.

case 001
the community chose a fresh start: a new contract, a healthier distribution, and an ai dev that runs the token and can't be bribed.
- depositsend old koko to the vault, 3 to 5 daysdate tbd
- launchnew koko launches on pump.fun via devless, 1B supplydate tbd
- claimclaim the same % over 14 days
1% of the old supply in = 1% of the new 1B out.
koko is still napping π€
date tbd
dates land here first. not in a dm, not in a group chat.
napping, dates soonthe claim opens at graduation, or 7 days after launch.
three things koko won't sugarcoat
% not $
you keep your percent, not your dollars. the new coin opens with a launch buy paid for by selling the old koko, so it does not start from zero. after that, the price does whatever it does.
final
a deposit is final. no refund, no undo, no cancel button. it's a plain token transfer to the vault, and there's no program that could send it back.
no exchanges
never deposit from an exchange. the deposit is credited to the exchange's wallet, not to you. fixing that means a manual claim with proof, checked by hand. slow, and you can skip all of it by using your own wallet.
eucalyptus, koko
why a relaunch
koko took a long nap. when he opened one eye, the tree was down to its last leaf. the community talked it over and chose a fresh start.

koko is coming back as an ai agent on pump.fun via devless, the kind that can't be bribed. case 001 is his own relaunch.
the plan
six steps, in order. dates show up here the moment koko has them.
until relaunch day, old koko can be bought and sold normally, same as now. the date is announced soon.
a snapshot has already been taken. another one will be taken at a random time before the deposit window closes. everyone gets the same claim ratio.
deposits open
date tbd
send your old koko to the vault from a wallet you control, on the deposit page. never from an exchange. every deposit is final, and every one shows up on the ledger, rebuilt from the chain.
deposits close
date tbd
the window lasts 3 to 5 days. after it closes, nothing more gets in.
sale and buyback
after the window closes
all the deposited old koko is sold after the window closes. at launch, that SOL buys the migration share of new koko. nothing is burned on the old side. yes, that sale will push the old price down. the old coin is being retired, that's the point.
new koko launches on pump.fun via devless
date tbd
1B supply, launched on pump.fun via devless, with an ai dev. at launch, koko buys the migration share with the money from the sale. your share is bought, not printed.
the claim opens
at graduation, or launch + 7 days
when new koko graduates from the pump.fun curve to pumpswap, the claim opens. if that hasn't happened 7 days after launch, it opens anyway.
fully unlocked
last tranche on day 14 of the claim
your share unlocks a little every day, one tranche a day. claim daily or all at once at the end, the total is the same. you pay about 0.002 SOL the first time. whatever nobody claims is burned.
the ratio: 1:1 in percent
whatever share of the old supply you deposit, you get that same share of the new 1B.
- old supply
- 9,932,418,099,618
- new supply
- 1,000,000,000
- rule of thumb
- about 9,932 old koko = 1 new koko
- example
- deposit 1% of the old supply (about 99.3 billion old koko), get 1% of the new supply (10 million new koko).
- smaller example
- deposit 99,324,181 old koko, get about 10,000 new koko.
it's a ratio of shares, not of dollars. the new coin opens with a launch buy paid for by selling the old koko, so it does not start from zero.
don't get phished
official site: koalaai.vip. nothing else.
the vault, in full:
no other address is the vault. check every character, not just the first and last four. koko never dms you first, never asks for a seed phrase, and never asks you to connect on another site.
faq, the honest one
is it really 1:1?
1:1 in percent. if you deposit X% of the old supply, you get X% of the new 1B. that's about 1 new koko for every 9,932 old koko. it's not 1:1 in dollars, see the first note at the top.
i already deposited from an exchange. is it lost?
koko doesn't call it lost. there's a manual claim: you bring proof, meaning the exchange's withdrawal and deposit records showing the wallet and the amounts, and koko checks it by hand. it's slow and not guaranteed. ask on the official channels, and only trust links that come from koalaai.vip.
what happens to the old koko i deposit?
all of it is sold after the window closes, and that SOL buys the migration share of new koko at launch. nothing is burned on the old side. yes, selling into the old pool will push the old price down. the old coin is being retired, that's the point.
can i still trade old koko?
yes. old koko can be bought and sold normally until relaunch day, same as now. the date is announced soon.
what about the snapshots?
one snapshot has already been taken. another one will be taken at a random time before the deposit window closes. everyone gets the same claim ratio. that's all there is to it.
what if i don't claim?
whatever isn't claimed gets burned. the team doesn't keep it.
how does the claim work?
it opens when new koko graduates from the pump.fun curve to pumpswap. if that hasn't happened 7 days after launch, it opens anyway. from then on, your share unlocks evenly over 14 days, one tranche a day. on the claim page, connect the wallet you deposited from, sign a free message that proves the wallet is yours, then press claim. koko prepares one transfer from its distribution wallet to yours, you check it, sign it, and it's sent. claim every day or once at the end, the total is the same.
do i pay anything to claim?
yes, a little. the first claim creates your new koko token account (rent about 0.002 SOL, paid by you and yours to keep) plus a network fee of a fraction of a cent. keep about 0.003 SOL in the wallet. koko pays nothing for you and takes nothing from you.
is the claim transaction safe to sign?
it does exactly two things: it creates your new koko account if it's missing, and it moves your unlocked amount from the distribution wallet to it. that wallet holds only the migration share of new koko, and it's separate from the vault. the page checks the transaction before your wallet asks you to sign, and your wallet shows it to you too. no approval, no allowance. koko never asks for a seed phrase.
who holds the vault?
a normal wallet controlled by the team. not a multisig, not a program. that takes trust, and koko won't dress it up. the ledger is rebuilt only from on-chain transfers, so anyone can recount it and compare it with the ledger page.
what is devless?
devless is the launchpad where new koko is born: the coin launches on pump.fun through devless, and every coin there has an ai dev with a public mandate. the devless site is not public yet, koalaai.vip will point to it when it is.
what is the seed vault?
it's where new koko's first pool comes from. before new koko exists, wallets can seed SOL into it: at least 2 SOL per wallet, no hard cap, and top-ups after that can be any amount. the soft cap is 100 SOL. it closes 5 minutes before launch, and the SOL goes into a meteora KOKO/SOL pool: half of it buys KOKO, the program owns the position, and it's locked forever. seeders share 80% of the LP's SOL fees. it has nothing to do with the deposit vault for old koko. details on the seed page.
can i get my SOL back?
no. never. the program has no withdraw and no refund, not if it ends under 100 SOL, not if the price drops. your SOL becomes a locked pool. what can come back is a share of the trading fees, and only if people trade. koko thinks you should only seed what you'd be fine never seeing again.
how do seeders get paid?
in SOL, sent to your wallet automatically. every trade in the pool pays a fee, partly in SOL, partly in KOKO. meteora takes its protocol fee first (the estimate on the seed page counts it as 20%). a keeper script collects the rest and the program splits it: of the SOL, 80% goes to seeders, split by how much each one seeded, and 20% to the devless koko treasury. of the KOKO, 80% is burned and 20% goes to the treasury. seeders get no KOKO. if a payout is ever stuck, the seed page has a button to claim it yourself. no trades, no fees.
is the seed vault safe?
here's exactly what it is: the LP position belongs to the program: locked forever, fees split and burned by code; a public multisig only creates the pool at launch. you can check all of it on chain, every address is on the seed page. what still needs people: the multisig creates the pool and holds the upgrade authority until the LP is locked, and a keeper script runs the payouts. and fees only exist if people trade.
why does the pool fee change?
it follows trading, not the clock. the pool fee is 1% when the market is calm and rises up to 3% when trading heats up: that's meteora's dynamic fee. after about two minutes of calm, it comes back down. more activity means more fees for seeders. this pool is an extra one: after graduation, new koko also trades on pumpswap, and trades there pay this pool nothing.
what was the bingx thing?
in september 2024 a large amount of koko was dumped after a security breach on the exchange side, at bingx. the team bought back with its own funds. the claim against the exchange is still ongoing. it is part of why koko took a nap.
how do i know a link or address is really koko?
the only official site is koalaai.vip. once it's published, the vault address is printed in full at the top of every page. if a link, a dm or an address doesn't match exactly, it's a scam. koko never dms you first, never asks for a seed phrase, and never asks you to connect on another site.
